For your consideration - A Print from Burma/Myanmar - Unititled - Subject is a Padaung High Neck Woman and Child. There is a Signature "in the Plate" NAY NAY HTOO but I could not find any information on line. The Print does have an interesting history. (See Photo's 4,5,6 & 8). The Print was presented to the US Embassy in Rangoon, by the Seagull Human Rights, Peace and Development Org.

On 23 June 2015, and it has a Department of State Security Sticker on the Back. There is also an inscription on the Top Left "Presented to US Embassy, Rangoon with all our thanks for your support".
